The Jackson Municipal Airport Authority (JMAA) will be performing pavement rehabilitation of International Drive at Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport (JAN), as shown on the location map. International Drive will be resurfaced and/or reconstructed with asphalt. Work is scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 23, 2020 and end on Monday, September 21, 2020. Conclusion of construction is subject to change in case of inclement weather.

The roadway will be partially closed to vehicular traffic during construction work hours to ensure safety. Partial lane closures are expected to last no more than 12 hours at a time. Flagmen will be on-site to facilitate the directing of traffic. The anticipated work hours will be between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of the lanes located between the JAN Terminal Building and the Parking Garage. Partial lane closures for the roadway lanes located between the JAN Terminal Building and the Parking Garage will take place between Thursday, July 23, 2020 and Friday, July 31, 2020, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
