The Jackson Municipal Airport Authority “JMAA” requests Sealed Bids for the purchase of items identified for disposal. JMAA will receive Bids at the Main Terminal Building, Suite 300, in the City of Jackson, Rankin County, Mississippi until 2:00 p.m. central time on Friday April 13, 2018 (the “Bid Deadline”). The outside of the envelope must be marked “Bid for the Purchase of JMAA Personal Property”.
A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday April 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. central time at the address indicated above. Any parties interested in viewing the Items for sale are welcome to attend. No additional times will be allotted to view the Items for sale. All sales are final and “as is”. Each Respondent must submit a separate amount and description for each Item they are bidding on.
Communication, computer, and parking revenue control equipment will be sold in one (1) lot and consists mainly of scrap parts. The lot will consist of thirteen (13) Apple iPhones, one (1) Apple Cinema Display, one (1) Adaptive Display Paging System, one (1) Ultrak Monitor, four (4) Apple Mac computers, twelve (12) Dell OptiPlex computers, two (2) Dell monitors, one (1) HP Deskjet 1220C, one (1) HP Deskjet 5550, one (1) HP Deskjet 960C, and one (1) OKI Microline 590, one (1) Panasonic typewriter, eighty-seven (87) two-way radios, multi chargers, radio towers, etc., and the parking revenue control equipment consists of entry and exit equipment and power pads. The computers do not include monitors, keyboards, etc. and may be missing hard drives and/or memory as well as other parts.
Appliances and other equipment will be sold in one (1) lot and consists of two (2) GE microwaves, one (1) Maytag washer, three (3) Sanitare vacuums with bags, one (1) Tennant R14 carpet maintainer, one (1) Tennant 17” floor machine, one (1) Stihl chainsaw.
Lots will not be split for any reason.
In addition to the lots, there are four (4) motor vehicles available for purchase individually. They include one (1) 2006 Ford Crown Victoria, and three (3) 2012 Dodge Chargers. Also, there are four (4) Exmark 25HP Kubota diesel 72” mowers available for individual purchase.
