Jackson Municipal Airport Authority to Participate in JPS – Read Across America
The Jackson Municipal Airport Authority (JMAA) will be participating in the JPS – Read Across America, a partnership with Partners In Education (P.I.E.) at Johnson Elementary in Jackson, MS.
Read Across America Day (March 2) is a day to celebrate the joys of reading and is also Dr. Seuss Day. JMAA is excited to connect the importance of reading in education, help promote reading and learn a little about aviation.
JMAA’s book of choice is “Tuskegee Airmen.” This book will be read to the 3rd grade class at Johnson Elementary.
