Initial Badge Fee
- $25.00 per badge for all types of badges, plus any additional costs associated with fingerprint processing requirements for those badges that allow for unescorted access privileges.
- $3.00 for Security Threat Assessment
Annual Renewal Fee
- $25.00 per Public Area(Green) badge.
- $25.00 per Secure(Blue), Sterile(White), or SIDA(Orange) badges.
- $3.00 for Security Threat Assessment
Fingerprinting Fees
- $46.00 per record check when JAN’s Shortened Identifier (SID, formerly known as a Submitting Office Number [SON]) is used.
- $15.00 per record check when any other SID is used.
Lost/Stolen/Misplaced Badge Replacement Fee
- $50.00 for the first replacement of a Blue, Orange, White, or Green badge.
- $100.00 for the second replacement of a Blue, Orange, White, or Green badge.
- There will be no third replacement of a Blue, Orange, White, or Green badge.
Fees for Lost/Stolen/Misplaced badges must be paid in advance at the Airport identification Office prior to a new badge being issued.
Employee/Commuter Parking Fees
Initial Fee/Annual Renewal
- $120.00 per year for employee hangtags.
- $145.00 per year for signatory/tenant passenger and air cargo airline employee commuters (this includes an access badge)
Lost/Stolen/Misplaced Parking Hangtags
- $10.00 plus $10.00 per month for each month or portion of a month remaining in the calendar year
Fees for Lost/Stolen/Misplaced badges and parking hangtags must be paid in advance at the Airport Identification Office prior to a new hangtag being issued.
Refunds for Badges and Hangtags
Checks and money orders received for Lost/Stolen/Misplaced badges and parking hangtags will be held for refund for five (5) business days. If the badge and/or parking hangtag originally reported as lost/stolen/misplaced is returned to the Airport Identification Office within that time frame, the check or money order will be returned. Lost/stolen/misplaced badges and/or parking hangtags received after five working days are not eligible for refund.
