Passengers are encouraged to arrive at least two (2) hours before their flight departure to allow ample time for check-in and security procedures. While at JAN, stay connected with iFlyJAN_WiFi. To enhance the passenger experience, customers are reminded of the variety of food and beverage offerings in the main terminal and in the East and West Concourses. JAN on-airport parking details are as follows:
- Economy Lot at $13 per day (convenient remote lot, with frequent nonstop shuttle buses)
- Surface Lot at $17 per day (quick walk into the JAN terminal)
- Garage at $19 per day (at the JAN terminal)
- Cellphone Lot is free, as are the 1st 10 minutes in all lots; Hourly Parking is $5 per hour

The Jackson Municipal Airport Authority (JMAA) operates two airports: Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport (JAN) and Hawkins Field Airport (HKS).
