Jackson, MS – Just ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday, the Jackson Municipal Airport Authority is pleased to announce we have new charging stations for electronic devices available throughout the East and West Concourses at the Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport (JAN).
Our customers rely on digital and cellular technology to stay up to date, communicate and conduct their business. In particular, during the holiday travel season, we understand how important it is to keep an open connection to family and let them know you are on your way. We heard you and we are happy to respond with our new “Get Plugged In” charging stations.
JMAA’s chief executive officer Carl D. Newman, A.A.E. stated “Two of JMAA’s key Values are: Customer Focus: Provide best-in-class customer experience and Continuous Improvement: Set high goals, measure performance, and advance. We use our free Wi-Fi On-line Customer Service Survey and Information Request email system to track requests, respond to comments, and identify areas to improve the services we offer. Thank you to our customers and business partners for letting us know how we are doing, and what we can do to improve.”
The nine total charging stations equipped with outlets and floating shelves, provide an in-demand service, all part of JMAA’s ongoing strategic plan to become the Airports of Choice.
