(Jackson, MISS) — The Jackson Municipal Airport Authority announces its prime lease opportunity of more than 700+ acres of land east and west of the East Metro Parkway.
Classified as ad valorem tax-free and Entergy-Qualified, a tract of 200+ acres are ‘shovel-ready’ and have been certified through a rigorous review process by Entergy Mississippi’s Economic Development Team for all pre-building and construction requirements. The land mass is prime for commercial and industrial development and is a glove-fit for aircraft and airport suppliers. The Entergy Mississippi Economic Development Qualified Site is one branded as a development-ready industrial site that has completed a rigorous review process by Entergy Mississippi’s Economic Development Team.
