As airport commissioners we know how essential the aviation industry and supporting infrastructure are to our local, regional, national and global economy. Keeping that infrastructure safe, secure and reliable can only be accomplished through the continued efforts of aviation professionals and governmental policy makers working in conjunction to address development, explore technology, and share information. President Obama’s appointment of our CEO, Mr. Newman, is a recognition of his talents, experience and leadership. All the elements the Board of JMAA rely on daily to guide, direct and manage our community’s airport facilities.”
