Air Ambulance and Emergency Medical Flights
Hawkins Field provides direct access to the Jackson hospitals and trauma units. Critical medical transport services are provided by air ambulance and helicopter to and from Hawkins Field. Patients, doctors, transplant materials and medicines are transported via air when time is the vital factor.
